 * T1 apartment with full sea view - 480€ (4 weeks - 28 days) - extra days will be charged at 18€ each.

 * T1 apartment with sea view - 380€ (4 weeks - 28 days) - extra days will be charged at 14€ each.

 * T1 apartment with little sea view - 280€ (4 weeks - 28 days) - extra days will be charged at 10€ each.

* T2 apartment with sea view - 520€ (4 weeks - 28 days) - extra days will be charged at 19€ each

* Extra days will be charged per day, T1 apartment 2 people maximum, T2 apartment 4 people maximum during the winter.

* Excluding electricity (0,25 cents per unit).

RECEPTION HOURS:   
MORNING:        9.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m
                               
AFTERNOON:   2.30 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.

CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS.

 

        FREE ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL

  • All bookings must be made by fax, letter or email.
  • Between June 26th untill September 11th, all bookings must be made from Saturday to Saturday.
  • T1 apartments are for a maximum of 4 people, T2 apartment are for a maximum of 6 people, except lon-term bookings.
  • Long-term bookings, T1 apartment 2 people maximum, T2 apartment 4 people maximum.   
  • When making a reservation, a deposit of Euros: 100,00 is required. Deposits are not refundable in case of any cancellations.
  • The apartments should be paid for on arrival. (We don't have credit cards machine)
  • At the time of arrival will be required a deposit of Euros: 100,00 in case of damages.
  • Check-in time is between 17.00 and 20.00 hours         
  • Check-out time is until 11.00 hours.
  • Daily cleaning except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, between 9.30h and 18h.
  • Change of towels twice weekly.
  • Change of linen once weekly if staying more than a week.
  • Tennis Court and Garages are paid separately.
  • No cable TV.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Clients arriving after hours should previously advice us directly.
